  • What Size Should I Buy?
    As you may know, there is no universal size chart for women’s apparel and all women are shaped differently so we suggest that you order the size you typically would order in each style. Our sizing is cut more full than slim if that helps. Still not sure what size is right for you? email us at and we will be happy to suggest the best size for the fit that you are looking for.
  • What If I Want To Speak To A Real Person?
    We get it, we want to personally speak to you too! Simply email us with the best number and time of day to reach you and someone will call you personally to assist you. Please allow up to 48 hours, most likely sooner to receive a call back. Please note that inquires after 3pm on a Friday will be returned by the following Monday if not before.
  • What Is BraLounger's Return Policy?
    We want you to enjoy your purchase but if you need to make a return, it’s easy. Simply return the unworn merchandise with hangtag attached in its original position within 14 days of the date received using your preferred shipping method at your expense. Once received and approved we will promptly credit your account in the original form of payment. Merchandise will not be accepted for return after 14 days of the date received. Merchandise must not be worn or altered in any way and hang tags must be attached in their original received position. Merchandise that appears to be worn/washed or is not sellable will not qualify for a refund or exchange and will be returned to you. International orders are not eligible for a return or exchange at this time.
  • I Would Like To Return My Loungewear For A Refund...
    We are sorry to hear that but will promptly refund your original form of payment without delay once we receive your return and it meets our return requirements as stated above. We would love to keep you as a happy customer in the future and would like to know the reason for your return as you are our valued customer.
  • I Am Expecting a Refund, How Long Will It Take?"
    We want to keep you as a happy customer and will make every effort to return your funds promptly. Please allow time for us to receive your order based on your preferred shipping method. It may take up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Once your merchandise has passed inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment.
  • I Want To Exchange My Loungewear For A Different Size, Style, Or Color..."
    That’s easy, simply return your merchandise within 14 days using your preferred shipping method at your expense. Once we receive your return and it meets our return requirements as stated above and approved, we will send you a full refund to your original form of payment (less any shipping charges) simply reorder your new items at your convenience.
  • What is BraLouger's Shipping Policy?
    We offer free ground shipping domestically in the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) on all orders. We are currently unable to offer free shipping outside of the US, Alaska and Hawaii but we are working on it. Please note that international customers are responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery. All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the date the order is placed. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
  • Shipping Your Product Back to Us....
    Please place your merchandise in its original packaging if possible and place your proof of purchase in the box and ship through your preferred carrier within 14 days from the day that you received it. Please know that we want you to be happy and once received we will promptly send you a full refund in your original form of payment (less any shipping charges). We cannot reimburse you for your shipping charges, therefore, we recommend that you use a shipping provider that allows you to track your shipment and that you insure it for the full retail value. We cannot be held responsible for shipments back to us that have not been received and or have been lost by your shipping carrier.
