Return & Exchange Policy
Please note the "Noel Comfy Cozy Collection"cannot be returned, only exchanged for size as we will give a large portion of all proceeds to organizations that help people in need through the winter months and beyond. We appreciate your understanding and would love your support. We want you to enjoy your purchase but if you need to make an exchange or return, it’s easy. Simply return the unworn merchandise with the hangtag attached in its original position within14 days of the date received using your preferred shipping method at your expense. Once received and approved we will promptly credit your account in the original form of payment minus incurred shipping charges. If it's an exchange simply reorder your item at your convenience.
Merchandise will not be accepted for return after 14 days of the date received. We cannot accept merchandise that appears to be worn/washed or damaged. International orders are not eligible for a return or exchange at this time.
Please note that shipping delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to the USPS postal service delays due to the COVID19 Pandemic.
We offer free ground shipping domestically in the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) on all orders.
We are currently unable to offer free shipping outside of the US, Alaska and Hawaii but we are working on it. Please note that international customers are responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery. All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the date the order is placed. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. SHIPPING YOUR ITEMS BACK TO US
Please place your merchandise in its original packaging if possible and place your proof of purchase in the box and ship through your preferred carrier within 14 days from the day that you received it. Please know that we want you to be happy and once received we will promptly send you a full refund in your original form of payment (less any shipping charges).
We cannot reimburse you for your shipping charges, therefore, we recommend that you use a shipping provider that allows you to track your shipment and that you insure it for the full retail value. We cannot be held responsible for shipments back to us that have not been received and or have been lost by your shipping carrier. Please protect yourself and keep your tracking number for your records until your return is processed by us.
