Valerie Broughton created BraLounger after she desired to wear chic loungewear. She inquired online and at almost every major and high-end department store and could not find anything that met her needs. Broughton’s concept for BraLounger was solidified when she asked a department store associate if they had any stylish loungewear tops with bra support with pants and a jacket to match; the associate remorsefully replied, “No.” Broughton told her that she was thinking of making it herself, and the associate assured her, “I have been in retail for 25 years and have not seen anything like it...please hurry and make it so I can buy it!” After several years of conducting research and meticulous development to create a product that meets Broughton’s high standards, BraLounger is finally available to the public. BraLounger is committed to advocating for cancer patients, survivors, and communities that don’t have access to quality health care.
